Full Changeover Service
As our most popular clean, our Full Changeover Service includes stripping and changing of beds (as per the booking schedule), as well as a full clean of all bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, floors and windows inside and out. Due to the popularity of this service and especially during peak times, a check-in time of 4pm is strongly advised.

End of Stay Clean
This is the perfect choice for properties that have short-to-long gaps in-between their bookings. Our cleaners ensure that your property is thoroughly cleaned, all of the beds stripped and linen laundered (if necessary) but save on time and cost by leaving exterior windows, floors, making beds and dusting until a few days' before your next guests are due to arrive.

Pre-Arrival Clean
A perfect partner for those who have opted for our EOSC service, we send in our cleaners a couple of days before your guests arrive so that your property is clean and shiny, even after periods of vacancy. Making beds, laying out towels and toilet rolls, cleaning windows and floors, and a good check and polish are the components that make our pre-arrival cleans cost-effective as well as popular.

Pre/Post - Season Deep Clean
Cotton buds, toothbrushes and steam cleaners at the ready, this fully-intensive clean is perfect for removing any dirt and grime accumulated throughout the season. Restoring your property to complete cleanliness, our cleaners concentrate on all the little nooks and crannies as opposed to surface cleans to ensure that your property and appliances are maintained to the highest, most hygienic and fully-functioning standard.
A great choice for the start or end of the season, our cleaners are given longer time periods to tackle shower glass runners, aerators, extractor fans, skirting boards, scuffs and marks on walls and wood as well as much more.

Daily Cleans
Treat yourselves and/or guests to a total getaway from all of life’s chores and maintenance by signing up for our daily clean service. Simply agree a time (either morning or afternoon) and one of our trusted cleaners will be on hand to quickly and efficiently tidy and keep-on-top of the general mess that rapidly accumulates from a large group or busy family. Communal areas and kitchens are key to our daily cleans, as well as re-making beds and touching up bathrooms.

Mid-Stay Cleans
Our Mid-Stay-Clean service is ideal for those planning to stay longer than one week. Just as with our normal Full Changeover clean, your property is cleaned from top to bottom, and you can even arrange for a linen and towel change in advance.

Weekly Cleans
Weekly Cleans are perfect for those who are staying in resort for the majority of the season. Focusing on all areas of the apartment or chalet, Weekly Cleans ensure that your property is kept spick and span and well maintained throughout.

Monthly Cleans
Similar to our Weekly Clean service, Monthly Cleans are aimed at customers who are staying in the mountains for the long haul. Our team of cleaners are sent in once a month (or more dependent on your needs) to carry out a full clean.

Meet and Greet
We are there to welcome your clients and guide them around your property and local amenities as well as handing over the keys.

Laundry and Linen
We will collect the laundry from your property and have it delivered to a professional, trusted laundrette. When it’s ready we will be there to collect it and get it back to your apartment ready for when it’s needed next.

Choose from our two-tier laundrette system for ultimate cost-efficiency.

Tier One, our Superior Laundrette is best for those who have invested large amounts in high-quality linen. Cleaned, dried and ironed using only the best equipment, your linen is almost guaranteed to smell alpine fresh and lay perfectly on each bed frame, every time.

Tier Two, our Basic Laundrette is ideal for those looking to increase their profit margins, while still providing a service that will satisfy your clients’ needs.

If out-sourcing laundering services, we highly recommend labelling all linen pre-season. Alpine Shine can provide linen inventories as well as linen-labelling services to ensure all linen can be easily tracked and stock-levels maintained. This will allow your team of cleaners to efficiently manage linen leaving and returning to your property.

Maintenance Service:
Our new traffic light system works to ensure that any damage or maintenance is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. The cleaners are asked to produce detailed lists of any issues they come across and we also ask guests to inform us immediately of any issues they notice. This will be passed on to you, whereby you can make a decision based on the severity of the problem and decide whether it needs to be fixed on the day, within 2 days or over 5 days. Each colour has a price bracket to reflect the call out-charge. Please inquire for further details on costs for this service and appropriate call-out charges.

Safe and Secure
If you have a quiet period with little occupancy during the season, we can check on your property and make sure everything is in order and safe. Our team is based here all year round and can conduct general checks however frequently you want them to during winter, summer and inter-season.

Designed to add a personal touch, our Welcome Information Packs detail everything you and your guests will need to know about Meribel and the surrounding areas. Here you’ll find local recommendations for dining, the best pistes for each level and even non-skiing activities. And what’s more, we also collect local flyers and weekly information packs from the Office Du Tourisme so that you can rest safe in the knowledge that your guests are always properly informed.
