With years of experience working as a professional cleaner in resorts around the world, Lottie is known as one of the best cleaner to ever join the team! Her standards in cleanliness and shine are outstanding and her bed corners and cushions perfect every time! After demonstrating her standards in her first season with Alpine Shine, there was no way we could let her go and we have been so pleased for her return again this coming winter!

Esme is one of our newest managers on the team but brings a new wealth of knowledge and has a great amount of experience in the hotel industry. She is fast and efficient and is incredibly resourceful finding on the spot solutions when required and is always happy to be on hand to help with any scenario.

We were really happy with everything last season (much smoother than the previous.....), the girls are very cheery and good cleaners. I think actually having two in at a time really helps. They work through a lot quickly. Having the facility that you can do a shop for us before arriving is amazing and hugely helpful! The team that do the laundry is excellent and turn around is quick.

I just wanted to write and say how excellent the service provided by Jess and her team is. Throughout the last season they looked after our two five star luxury chalets to the highest of standards, bedrooms and bathrooms both immaculate. Never any complaints from guests.
